This was the worst Groupon I have ever purchased and it was definitely the worst physical fitness class and instructor I have ever had. I have been to several types of fitness classes and loved most of them. However, I hated this one and will be telling others not to waste their money. Maybe there is a different Crossfit class that might be better.

The sign up process was quick and easy, the group was welcoming to a newcomer to CrossFit and the instructor was terrific-- making sure everyone was getting what they needed out of the class and improving technique on any complex moves.

It would be nice to learn a little bit more about how the whole program goes. I have a friend wwhose a coach in LA and he's explained some of how it works. He says there are competitions but I don't know how that works. Sarah and Dan are friendly I just wish they teached out a little more to the newbies.
