Ruth is the woman I was speaking with for months trying to get an appointment for my daughter to have a keratin treatment. She cancelled our first appointment then could never get back in. Tried to up charge the Groupon. She tried to tell me I had redeemed it after she asked me to send her a picture of it because she said she has no groupons for keratin treatments. She seriously is a head case and needs professional help! No Groupon on earth is worth the hassle. TRUST ME!!
