They closed all there stores in my area a month after i both this. I could never redeem it anywhere. These offers must be a last ditch effort to get money before they close.

If this happened at the beauty school, I would expect the teacher to come over and fix it, but there was no teacher. If you want a quick trim or something super simple, this may work for you.
