Brian from Visions Photography was great to work with. He had great communication and was very clear about protocols for working within the guidelines regarding Covid. I was very happy with the photos I received and even ordered an extra one. I would definitely use his services again.

It started out on a bad vibe as I had a session scheduled for a day and time that he didn't honor - and then lied about it. He claimed he had tried to contact me to confirm, but I had absolutely no missed calls or txt from Brian. He instead had booked an onsite photoshoot and forgot to cancel me. I was pretty upset as I was all done up and had my hair done by my hair dresser ($25) which was all wasted. I was on my way when I called him to ask a question - when he told me that I didn't have the appt anymore since I hadn't called and confirmed. SO MAKE SURE YOU CALL AND CONFIRM or he'll just cancel you. So then I had to come back the next day, but I was still upset since now I had to do my own hair (which I am terrible at so it sucked). I purchased the 60 min photoshoot that only lasted 30 min. So what was that about?. Then at one point after my change of clothes, he showed me the photo's and I really didn't like the setup (the second round - my arms were flailing) but he said I would like them later. Wtf? Then when I saw the images, I was very disappointed in the second round. I did like the first round with the one set of clothes, but I did not like the second one. Which I had told him but he didn't listen. So I had to pick three, which I did. I only picked from the first set as the second was terrible. When he sent me my images (not on a CD), he included 3 bonus images OF THE ONES I had told him I didn't like. I told him I didn't like them WHILE he was shooting and after I saw them. So thanks for the bonus images but no thanks. I still don't like them. Overall - I cannot recommend. I feel like I wasted my money even though it was a groupon. It was not worth it.

I came into visions photography for headshots for a business card and bought the 60 minute session and could not be more pleased with the pictures. Brian would show me the pictures as we went and was super fast at communicating and getting me the final product. I would 100% recommend.
