we bought a dozen cookies for a gift, and the person said that they were very good.

I love cookies by design, but I wouldn't do a go upon again. I called for weeks before I actually got a hold of someone to actually place my order. My friend couldn't reach anyone she finally just showed up the last day so she could redeem it. Plus the large sugar cookies are amazing (I have been getting those for years) the other cookies were not great. If I ever did a groupon for them again I would only do a large sugar cookies bouquet

We had many problems with Cookies by Design. First, we were told the cookies would be ready at a certain time but they were not, so we had to wait almost an hour. Also, we had ordered writing on one of the cookies but it wasn't done, so 'Happy Birthday' was quickly written in white icing (over the white design on the cookie). Then that cookie fell off the stick when traveling home. A very disappointing experience. I was hoping for more from Cookies by Design as they are much closer to our home, but we'll have to continue to use Cookies in Bloom.

Very hard to get someone on the phone and or return your call. It took about 8 calls to finally get a live person.
