I highly recommend Todd Brown with Fit Body Toddy, especially for people who are on the fence about hiring a professional trainer, AND for women who might feel intimidated about going to a gym and hiring a male trainer. Todd has a gentle, calm and professional demeanor and is extremely encouraging in helping you "push through" . It's obvious that he really cares and has a passion for helping you set goals to obtain a healthy lifestyle. He's not overbearing or pushy like other trainers I've experienced at larger gyms. Can't wait to go back!
