In 1997, FitLife founders, John Neel and Dan Wright, saw a gap in the fitness market. Their experience as physical therapists enabled them to apply clinical and medical concepts to personal training, creating a new multi-disciplinary approach to fitness in the process. Today, FitLife is on a mission to improve workouts based upon individualized training programs for each of its clients. The gym distinguishes itself as an appointment-based business, meaning the one-on-one sessions are driven only by the client's specific needs. In the spirit of John and Dan's founding philosophy, the clinically trained team considers every angle—past injuries, athletic experience, current fitness level—to create programs that work.
