The Skin & Mind Retreat is located inside Well Adjusted Chiropractic on the Northeast corner of Pinnacle Peak Rd and Pima Rd in North Scottsdale. 

From Super Hydrating Facials to soak your skin with the moisture it needs from living in the dry Arizona desert...to Purifying, Cleansing Facials that help eliminate breakouts, while also leaving your skin super smooth....to an Exfoliating Back Facial, there is a customized Facial just for you, at The Skin & Mind Retreat.

My philosophy is that whatever treatment you receive, not only will your skin look and feel so different, and hydrated and soft, but that you will feel deeply relaxed and rested, as well. All Facials come with a 20 minute tension relieving Face, Neck, & Shoulder Massage.....

Ayurvedic Shirodhara Treatments are also offered. A warm, herbalized Ayurvedic oil is steadily poured through a special copper vessel onto your forehead. It generates a profound state of relaxation, and brings balance and harmony to body, mind, and spirit. It relieves anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress & fatigue, and stimulates production of endorphins, serotonin, and brain neurotransmitters. A Scalp, Neck & Shoulder Massage is included.
