Managers were very nice. Location is convenient, easy parking, clean, very tiny space. I did not take any classes. Machines should be updated. Most do not have enough weight to do much unless you've never worked out before. Then it would be perfect. If the machines were updated and flexible with regard to weight, this place would be perfect.

Nice gym with a very nice group of ladies. They've been very welcoming.The owner Jessica showed me around & taught me how to use the hydraulic circuit. The machines are great. Jessica also gave me a schedule of all the different classes & circled all the ones that would be right for me. There's lots of them at all different times. I'm confident that I'll be able to get in good shape here!
