Vic reaches into her deep knowledge of equipment, canning physics, and the favorite Frank Sinatra songs of strawberries to teach classes on pickling, jams, and all-purpose canning for novice or experienced produce preservers.

Scheduled one class, was unable to make it. Cancelled in time but have been unable to reschedule. Class is not offered that often. So have not used the groupon yet but am still looking forward to it. The reason I would not recommend at this time is the difficulty in getting the class I would like. I'm sure this is just me being a little put out. I like the idea of the business but can't really rate it at this time
