Educational and entertaining (instructor had a sense of humor) way to spend a Saturday morning. Prepared to try canning, on my own, thanks to Seattle Can Can. Would recommend, to any enthusiast! Great way to control the sodium and salt, in your diet and amazing to discover all the foods that can be preserved! Very pleased with my experience at Seattle Can Can!!!!!

I really enjoyed the canning class with Seattle Can Can! The instructor was funny and interesting, and took time to answer questions. I learned a lot and did some canning on my own afterward!

Really enjoyed the class. Appreciated the historical information as well as how to can. Left feeling like I could do this and felt more informed and prepared than if I had just followed a book. Thanks for the product tips too :)
