I had a great time, awesome work out... None stop circuit training.... Never gets boring... Glad I took the chance and went for it. Will definitely go back again. The people there were very nice and helped me and made me feel welcome.

Absolutely loved stony brook crossfit can't wait to go back! If I wasn't moving in August I would definitely join for longer !! Great group energy and workouts.

It's great, but be sure to bring a water bottle, because there's no water fountain. I would attend more classes there for sure.

This place is amazing. I have only done crossfit for a few months prior to this. When I pulled up here, I was a little skeptical, but the entire atmosphere and the trainers are so welcoming to any level of cross fitter. Whether you have never tried it before, haven't been into it in a while, this place is just willing to adjust to your level and help you flourish. It will absolutely present a challenge to cross fitters of any level. I love it! I have already recommended it to at least a dozen people!

I found it to be good. The first time I went, we ran lucky because the exercises where in my opinion a strong warm up section. But after that, it was all hard. However, while it is intense, it does not bring in the hazzle of boot-camps. So if you are a sensitive person in terms of being bossed around, this is a great place to do hard core exercise at a comfortable pace.
