Staff was friendly, show was almost too long. We had book this for April 2020, which turned into vouchers that we finally got to use recently. We had never been so it was an experience for sure.

The show is very impressive and professional. However the acoustics were terrible so most of the time I couldn't understand anything that was being said. The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. All of that said, I was extremely disappointed in the food. There wasn't a single thing that I enjoyed eating in the entire meal. I wasn't expecting fine dining, but I've had better food at KFC. The chicken was dry, the tomato bisque had a horrible taste, the garlic bread was greasy, and the special dessert was a small cup of soft serve that tasted like it had gone sour. They also never offered coffee even though it was listed on the menu.
