Went in for my spray tan..I was told that I didn’t have to get into position to get my sides.. I thought great! But wait a minute how am I going to get my sides tanned.. thinking they knew something I didn’t I just faced forward and then backwards.. well. I didn’t get anything on my sides.. it looked awful

Hi Sandra, we apologize that this didn't turn out as expected. But with the Pura, there are only two positions and there are 3 nozzles, a middle and 2 on the side that are positioned to spray your sides. The ONLY way that this couldn't have sprayed your sides is if your arms were super close to your body. But instead of just making this effort to get on Groupon almost 4 months after your spray tan, you could have let us know by calling us and we simply could have had you redo the spray tan and we could maybe give a few more pointers on positioning yourself for the best tan you could achieve. You still have one spray left from when you originally set up this Groupon and we'll extend the expiration another 2 months. We can also put that original visit back so you have 2 again to try again.
