I went on a tour with some friends a few weeks ago and it was a disaster. When we arrived the place looked abandoned. The driver of the boat appeared incoherent, the boat was not up to par and he forgot to charge the motors the night before, so needless to say the boat ride DID NOT happen. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to get a refund nor has he answered the phone when I call.

We were expecting a nice relaxing experience, instead they had the radio playing hard rock from the 80's(I'm a child of the 80's, but hard rock was not a romantic experience or relaxing) The bathroom smelled like a portapotty. The staff was really nice.
