Boot-camp classes begin April 4, and meet in local parks, where instructors lead traditional calisthenic and bodyweight exercises combined with interval and strength-training techniques. The constantly varied sessions many include athletic maneuvers, cardio exercises, and speed drills, as well as nutritional tips and guidance. During indoor sculpt classes, exercisers burn up to 1,000 calories while simultaneously toning abs with targeted, uptempo workouts.
