I have called Groupon on three different occasions on this merchant and the unbelievable problems I had trying to book appointments and the treatment on the phone and when at the location. My husband and I have been getting massages for over thirty years and have never experienced any of the craziness that went on with this merchant. I have bought many massages thru Groupon with no issues but this one was an experience I will never forget. Unfortunately, it came to us as a Gift which made the buyer very unhappy as well. After a lot of phoning and effort on my part Groupon was kind enough to return to my account the person who purchased this gift a FULL refund in Groupon bucks to us
