Painful, (to be fair I've only done a Brazilian once before). When I got home (was in a rush) I realized how much stubble and bumps I had, from a wax! It seemed like she was only using one hand and not holding the skin taught. I emailed the address on their website.... Doesn't work. I was too uncomfortable/unsatisfied to go back for my second one i already paid for. And the basement is weird...

My visit and my experience with this place was very pleasant. This was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax she was very informative and super gentle. I had a good first time experience and will be returning for my second Brazilian wax appointment. Please keep up the great work and the awesome customer service and you’ll have returning satisfied customers. Thank you
