Not what I had hoped for. They promote this as "therapeutic" yoga. There is meditation, breathing and GENTLE stretching. If you are looking for strength, balance, core control, or ANYTHING remotely strenuous, this is NOT the studio.

It was very relaxing. Small classes and my instructor (Mary) was excellent. She pays attention to everyone and gives positive vibes to everyone beforehand, during and after. Will be going to her classes again!

I wasn't sure what to expect. My sister and I are seniors but McKenzie was a great surprise. She took time with us in her beginners class and it was nice. We will definitely be going back. We want to try the chair yoga - sounds fun..
