As an acupuncturist with 13 years of professional experience, Shawn Jacobs has learned to augment treatments with a variety of supplemental techniques. Clients can request add-ons such as e-stem, a pain-relief method for which Shawn affixes mildly electrified clips to the acupuncture needles, intensifying the stimulation and resulting blood flow.
