Sure, Nevadans know heat, but that doesn't make sessions at Vegas Hot! Yoga and Pilates any less challenging. Instructors lead more than 150 classes each week, covering 11 styles of yoga for all experience levels. Venus sessions, for example, welcome beginners with poses that combine gentle chiropractic and yogic postures. More advanced practitioners may prefer Mars classes, which demand greater physical endurance and flexibility to achieve such poses as arm balances and inversions. All classes are offered in four distinct rooms with 40% humidity and temperatures between 85-105 degrees.
Love this studio. So many classes all through the day so it's always easy to find one that works into your schedule. Awesome instructors, and there's an amazing vegan cafe for fresh juices and raw foods right next door.

They have a great number of very classes and instructors to choose from on a daily bases. There however new instructors there in which case the experience is not the same. In my opinion they need new equipment because most of the workout equipment that they have is pretty old and rusty
