Instructors lead more than 150 classes each week, covering 11 styles of yoga for all experience levels. Venus sessions, for example, welcome beginners with poses that combine gentle chiropractic and yogic postures. More advanced practitioners may prefer Mars classes, which demand greater physical endurance and flexibility to achieve such poses as arm balances and inversions. All classes are offered in four distinct rooms with 40% humidity and temperatures between 85-105 degrees.
