The massage was not relaxing, it felt as though steps were being followed, a certain number of strokes per area, then on to the next. It was as though a robot was giving the massage. No interaction during the massage to ask if something felt good or not. I specified particular areas to work on but no extra attention was given. The massage felt as if the therapist had just graduated massage school (and perhaps she had) but the technique needs improvement, in my opinion, more 'connection' to the client on the table. It felt very 'cold' and not inviting at all. I walked out of there with no less stress or pains than when I walked in.
