I went in August and was impressed with the fact I was seen promptly, had a good detailed consultation with Lisa and was very satisfied with the result. I have been back since then. My only problem is I hadn't realised I had bought two, but it says the second is to be only used by a friend and so I feel I have wasted my money as I can't use that one.Will go back again for sure
