They were rude from the moment I walked in the door. The person doing the work said the Groupon wasn't for what it stated. Tried to upcharge me right away! I'll definitely never go back!

When I walked in the door, the owner yelled "the Groupon is here!" I felt like yelling, "I have a name!". If there is a stigma attached to a Groupon customer, why do they participate? The haircut was fine, although she forgot the conditioning treatment. I reminded her, so she did it after my haircut. I ended up being there almost 2 hours, as my hairdresser assisted other customers. The owner did step in and help in order to speed things up.
