First the dock is hard to find, once you find it the boat takes 45mins to pick you up/ drop you off on the island. Once you get on the island you have to pay $90 for “insurance”. The jet skis were fine but the couple that was with us their jet ski broke down. Once you’re done you have to wait 45mins again to get picked up/ dropped off. It was fun but I wouldn’t use this company again.

It was a lot of fun. They owners are very nice. Pay attention to the details. The mandatory extras cost us $80, but it’s still worth the price. Only thing that took a while was waiting for and taking the boat to and from the island.

ASK for a REFUND!!!! This is a SCAM!!! Their REGULAR rate is $110 pr hr, they charge you the difference in "taxes, fees & gas", so basically my Groupon was $24 and they charged me $80 additional for "taxes, fees & gas". Also, they demand "cash", but as we were Groupon clients they didn't tell us about this until we were already out in the middle of the ocean and "stuck" for another 30mins to an hour until their "captain" who brought us was able to come back and take us back to shore. We were in the midst of a hostile shakedown, and since this was supposed to be a bday present for one of the kids, we just said ok. They did send a text earlier saying their card machine had "fallen into the water" and we had to pay $110 cash, but we thought they sent us the text they send everyone, although we thought it didn't apply to us because we already PAID through Groupon. Because we were so upset about them demanding cash when we were already "stuck" in the middle of the ocean with two children, they gave us an extra 20 mins for free. Because we were not told how this whole thing would work (you're not on the beach lounging while your fam are jet skiing) we were stuck for almost an hour and a half on a tiny piece of an "island" in the intracoastal w/jelly fish all around us and nowhere to lay out, no access to food, water, or drinks. Apart from the actual jet skiing which was FUN, the overall experience was a NIGHTMARE! This was a bday present for one of the teens (kids) with us and due to how LONG the entire process took (we had to wait almost an hour and a half for their captain to take us out to the boats where they transact business and you get on the jet skis) then another hr to actually get on the jet skis, then another hr to get back to shore the other child with us, a 17yr old college student, missed his flight to return to school. Do yourself a favor, if you are going to pay FULL price anyway to jet ski, request a refund for this Groupon and do business with a reputable company that can actually cater to your needs and provide a timely, welcoming experience.
