I went for PRP hair, the services was very very bad. First the front desk was unprofessional, she talked like she is doing me a favor because I have Groupon. Inside the clinic was not clean, it seems she does not know how to really apply the PRP because she want just through it on the top of my head instead of injection. She gives a piece of used Pad that has blood on it to use to wipe my head.

Long waits. Technician did only a few passes of the microneedling and didn't cover the full face. Extra $50 for numbing and cash only. I would give zero star if I can.

The wait was about 25 minutes, but the staff was pleasant. I would probably go again if there was a special on Botox

No consultation before procedure. No explanation on what to expect and not to expect. The nurse put numb cream on my face without wiping off my makeup( I told her I had makeup) even before I finished signing the documents. I found out I could have no makeup about a week after the procedure, which I needed to know because I have a couple big events within a week. My overall experience with clear skin laser was awful. I will not come back here again, I would go somewhere else more professionally operated.
