I bought 2 Brazilian waxes and the first went off with out issues. Trying to use use the second one took 5 separate messages and 10 days to get a call back before someone to book the appointment.

Large salon, but tiny treatment rooms.
The tech did an alright job of talking me through what was happening, but wasn't super impressed with the service.

Didn't do a very thorough job with waxing. Left a lot of stray hairs. The room where I had my waxing done did not appear clean. The towel she gave me to cover up with had stains on it. EW! I have had way better waxing experiences. I will not return!

It's not clean and the room for waxing is almost scary! I thought I was perhaps being taken into an operating room and there was nowhere private to change my clothes. The room had a horrible odour and all that separated me from the other client was I
