If you have problems with people placing to go orders but not picking them up, take payment over the phone and confirm they're calling the right Marcos instead of refusing phone orders for new customers who aren't in your system. I was told over the phone I would have to come in place the to go order in person because I wasnt in the system, then when I got there after being ignored by the hostesses for about 10 minutes one of them tried to talk me out of placing my order because the restaurant was so busy. The food was hot and fresh though, you just have to stand in the middle of a playground and wait for for 35 minutes. I will probably not go back.

Better than Papa Johns, Pizza Hit, and Domino's!
