The colorist Jackie did an amazing job!! Very trendy and clean atmosphere. Great place!

The people were knowledgeable and confident in what they were doing.

I came 20 minutes late to my appointment,but still had to wait 15 minutes. The salon is loud and frenetic paced. My Groupon was for a full head of highlights, but, they said because I was late, they could only do half a head. Well, maybe, if u didn't keep me waiting an extra 15 minutes, I could have gotten the whole head done! I asked if they could touch up my roots along with the half highlights, they said no!! Could the price be adjusted then,...no!! Could you put a glaze on top of highlight for me?....that I was able to get, but it took a 10 minute discussion between owner and colorist!! With all the time that was wasted, they could have done the full head of highlights that I originally paid for. I felt salon was missing the personal touch and was in a state of chaos. Definitely more interested in the money aspect, than making me happy. Somehow, I think that's the mindset for all clients

Many of my friends have gone to ID salon and have always raved about it. I'm happy to say that my experience was all I had hoped for and more. Jackie did my highlights and they look amazing! She took her time, listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. Georgia did my cut and she also did a wonderful job. The whole staff was very kind and helpful and they didn't make me feel bad that I kept them almost past closing with my long hair process!! They are a bit pricey, but as with anything else in life, you get what you pay for and I will be using them from now on even without the Groupon price. Needless to say I highly recommend you check them out for yourself, you won't be disappointed!
