Champion sailor and third-degree black belt Susan Korzeniewski understood the need for safe yet challenging Pilates workouts, and that's why she founded 4 Seasons Pilates. Groups gather at the studio to sculpt their bodies with the use of ballet barres, arc barrels, foam rollers, stability balls, and Reformers. The STOTT Pilates method helps build flexibility and endurance during 50-minute classes. Additionally, the instructors lead students through suspension exercises with TRX classes, and increase energy levels during reiki sessions.
