About Iron Star Equestrian

While bent over dirt, excavating artifacts as an archaeologist for the state of Florida, Sarah MacKusick dreamed of flying over the terrain atop one of her beloved horses. After two years, her opportunity finally came. It was then that she was able to lease a nearby property and open her own facility, which she named Iron Star Equestrian. Now located on the spacious 72-acre Gray Lily Farm, Iron Star offers lessons to casual riders and competition-focused equestrians alike. Leasing options are also available for those looking to train with the same horse, and boarding services give steeds a home away from their owner’s home.

Sarah was absolutely amazing!!! My daughter and I took a lesson at the same time and she was great to work with. I took lessons eons ago but had forgotten everything and she was incredibly patient with refreshing me on all of the basics. My daughter, unfortunately, has an I can't attitude when she's nervous and Sarah was so unbelievably patient and encouraging with her, it was wonderful. The horses were well taken care of as well and very easy to work with! I don't think that I would have ended up taking lessons there without the Groupon and had such a great time I am considering taking more after our Groupon is completed.
