They were rude when I called to make my appointment, and also when I stopped in for the service. They refused to give me any kind of receipt or paperwork for the oil change, which I normally like to keep on file as a service record for my vehicle. I did not think this was an unreasonable request. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, as I was very disappointed in my experience there.

I went there for an oil change....instead they got oil all over the inside of my car! 5 different areas of oil smudges/stains. Including one on my carpet that wont come out. It probably had to do with the fact that the 'technician' working on my car was drinking beer at 9 a.m. on a tuesday! Yes, the guy who was working on cars, including driving them, was drinking beer!! And by no means was he trying to hide it. When I checked in (which took them 25 minutes to do and I was the ONLY person there) the guy in the shop was walking around drinking beer. I saw him get in a car and move it out of the shop then re entered the shop, set down his beer and started working on another car. When I picked up my suv (5 hours later, which I had to call them to see if it was done even though they assured me that they would call me when finished) I saw him again...still beer in hand, working on cars! I got in my car and found more oil in my car than they had replaced. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!

The receptionist needs to be more friendly and personable. More flexible hours!!!!!

This is not the type of business that I would normally seek out. I was not impressed with the service and I'm not sure I received what I paid for.
