The doctor was informative and the massage therapist was very good. All were professional including front office staff and the atmosphere of the office was nice. There is one criticism/recommendation I will offer that I hope will be given serious consideration. You should inform customers that the xray won't be available the day of the visit BEFORE you take the xray so the customer knows AHEAD of time that they will have to come back to get the xray results (even though there is no charge for that). That is not stated in the Groupon or on the day of the visit (until after the xray is taken). I understand that makes things more efficient for YOU to process them at the end of the day (that is the reason given to customer AFTER the xray is taken) but that is not CONVENIENT for the CUSTOMER nor the expectation so the customer should be made aware of that BEFORE you expose them to radiation. Because I feel that is not very transparent and rather, can be seen as a way to get the customer back in the office again, I will NOT be coming in for the results and potential treatment that I would have considered if you were upfront about the process from the start. It would be interesting to know what percentage of Groupon customers actually return for the results (my guess is that it is low meaning many patients got radiation for no reason). Personally, I would have declined the xray if I knew I had to return for the results....but was not given that opportunity. All places I have seen that do xrays, process them on the spot, to make sure they got a good image if nothing else. It's kinda like taking your car to the mechanic, they exam it and do a pressure test on your engine but don't tell you ahead of time that you'll have to make a second appointment to get the results of your pressure test only this involves radiation. Not a good business practice in my opinion.
