Great food and service

Always delicious

The food was good even though we did not get the fight salad or the added sour cream we ordered online. We did not go back to rectify the order because we had already waited longer than the online order stated. We tried to pick up our order at the drive through window but was told to go inside, we waited for awhile at the “online order” counter before anyone helped us. The gal at the register kept taking new customers, everyone behind the counter stared at us as if they couldn’t speak, finally the lead brought the time up to the attention of the cashier who hadn’t even bagged our food even though it had been sitting on the counter ready to go. Of all the “El Pollo Loco’s” we go to, this locathas disappointed a few times. We keep hoping it will get better as we like the convenience of it’s proximity to us but we’re going to have to pass on going back for awhile. If we didn’t like the food we’d stop all together.

Lunch meal was right on spot!
