I bought 5 facials, but the pandemic happened and I wasn’t able to schedule my appointments. After everything slightly went back to normal I reached out multiple times to schedule my appointment and left messages. My calls were never returned unfortunately. A complete waste of money and time.

I have never used my voucher I don’t know if they made a mistake or what. My daughter gifted me a massage in 2019 when she was still in the East. I bought this either late 2019 or very early 2020 then here comes covid. I called and asked about da voucher she said she would hold and honor it. Well I didn’t know that she moved across the river. Ever time I call or leave a message I never get anyone.

Never Redeemed! COVID-19 happened and NOLA was on lockdown; However, I had previous appointments with the owner Macherie. She was late for every appointment and a no-show for one. I paid for 6 Laser Lipo sessions and received two. I’ve called her to schedule my remaining sessions but she never answers/responds and she moved. For my massage the music was not relaxing and had a lot of cursing. Sad!

The business was no longer operational and I was unable to reach the owner to request a refund. I also reached out to Groupon to inform them of this concern and I did not here back from them, nor did I get a refund for this purchase. Groupon must do something to ensure that these companies are still doing business before offering services.
I purchase often from Groupon and have never experienced this
