Excellent class, nice people.

Yesterday I redeemed my voucher. The girl (Vanessa) was extremely helpful and sweet. Unfortunately it was my first day and the class scheduled (Dance) was cancelled due to a no show teacher. That was disappointing and I rarely do machines, so I left within 10 minutes. I think it was a fluke, but everyone at the gym was friendly and the gym was clean and crowded.

The manager Faye was warm and friendly until I told her I had a groupon. She was visibly annoyed. She was attempting to sell me four 1:1 classes with a trainer. I explained that the groupon inlcuded one session 1:1 that was sufficient for my low level. I showed her the groupon and read the portion that covered the 1:1 and she said that it was an error. She was rude. It took me 4 visits before someone was able to show me the equipment, as I was ignored.

I was disappointed that three addresses were listed on the Groupon and the one closest to my house was closed down. I felt this was false advertisement and makes me weary that the other two locations might also. I am glad I only purchased the three month option. The gym is not very modern at all, small in size, some of the treadmills do not work correctly at times but since it does not get very full at the time I go, I am still able to do all the exercising I want, so it is an okay start for my workout routine, but will probably continue elsewhere when my contract is up.Also, the schedule I was given when I sign up which included the gym hours was incorrect & I showed up twice when closed.
