I gave it four stars bc the place was nice, the technician was friendly, but unfortunately, this particular method did not work for me. I waited for a few months to see the results but nothing changed or improved.

Facilities are clean and technicians are friendly, for the most part. It is a super busy place so the receptionists aren’t as welcoming as one would hope. However, they certainly will address your questions or concerns when asked.
I have had two sessions for laser hair removal and it is definitely working. Hair growth has been minimal. The first treatment was fairly painless. The second painful.
