We are here for those on-the-go and Yogis who let it flow!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? All of our professionally trained instructors come from the same long and distinguished lineage of authenitic Kriya, Raja, and Hatha Gurus including, Paramahansa Yogananda, Author of "Autobiography of a Yogi." Our teaching methods are based on consistency, precision, frequency, and encouragement.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We started Hot Yoga 1000 to address the needs of the community. Our primary role is guiding our clients to optimal health. Although phenomenal fitness benefits are gained from practicing with us; body shaping,, cardio, weight loss, etc., Optimal Health is the ultimate result! It's BIG fun too!
