Wow they pack a punch in 40 mins!! I thought I was pretty hardcore with my workouts of Bootcamp but this humbled me real quick! It's amazing!!

1st class today. Excellent work out. A bit challenging for a total newbie, just getting balance and logistics of everything coordinated, but I am sure the learning curve is pretty short on that. Teacher was really helpful with basic "form". I love the feel of stretching and the resistance and felt like it was a really good all over workout. Being pretty much out of shape, I probably could have used a few "if you need a break, revert to this" suggestions as I was unable to maintain the repititions for the whole duration, but it was not too hard figure out a work around and I am sure that this is only necessary for a short while as I bet you get strong fast. Recommend and Iook forward to seen some results!

The Pilates Plus workout regimen, designed and taught by a team of impassioned instructors led by Carron Meltz, combines the core-bolstering principles of Pilates with intense cardio and strength-training techniques. In these signature courses, participants learn to utilize low-slung proformer machines, floor-based contraptions consisting of springs and bands, to generate resistance and increase their heart rates with traditional, muscle-toning Pilates moves. These sessions aim to safely strengthen limbs and cores without putting any undue stress on joints or cleverly disguised porcelain limbs. Although the Pilates Plus regimens are the bedrock of their work, the team also teaches sweat-inducing cycling classes and combination classes.
