Pilates Plus WV, Thousand Oaks

Very easy to redeem voucher and extremely professional studio and staff. Somewhat draconian no show policies limits the casual participant so no chit chat during class, which I really appreciate. If you are expecting classical Pilates you will be disappointed. The stretch class had some moves Joe would recognize, but the regular "pilates plus beginners" had almost none. Think fitness on a reformer, which is a good work out, but bears little resemblance to any Pilates I've done before.

I was a first timer to Pilates ever with this groupon! Make sure to bring pilates non-slip socks, they sell some there but can be prciey. They have cubbies for your belongings, water and towels. Did the class with Shannon and she was great!

good classes and it's a fantastic workout the owner, instructor is great too !

It's way too difficult to get into the classes I want and I have a limited schedule. Priority goes to their regular clients.
