Terrible customer service. Went for 1 treatment, then they closed due to COVID restrictions (completely understandable), then moved an hour away and would not answer any communications - phone or email for months when I tried to contact them to try to understand what is happening but there is a message on their website saying they will offer nothing to those who already bought packages at their downtown location - when I went for my original appointment I bought an additional package which I never even used one time. I tried to call a dozen times, got a rude receptionist on the phone twice, both times asked to speak to the manager who was conveniently not there in the middle of the work day, and I never got a call back. In addition, even if I did have a car to drive an hour north to their new location which has terrible access to public transportation, good luck even booking an appointment, and their hours of operation are terrible - basically business hours so I'd have to take time off work to actually go there, makes NO sense. Overall horrendous experience, 0 stars.
