Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy produces nationally certified alternative medicine practitioners of several stripes, from massage therapists to acupuncturists. Of course, it's hard to hone such skills without patients, which is where members of the public figure in. For the first two terms, instructors focus on classroom education and anatomical study, including field trips to medical laboratories, rehab clinics, and cadaver laboratories. Then, aspiring therapists begin to hone their craft on actual people, with the aid of instructor supervision.
