Just the place I was looking for! A comfortable environment in which I can get a great workout, relieve stress and enjoy some "me time" with a great group of ladies! And Sensai Colleen is a fantastic Kickboxing instructor and motivator - definitely empowering!!!!

Omg this place is so amazing!!! Since I've started I've lost a lot of weigh,have more self confidence,self-control I'm a lot stronger I believe in a better person I feel so healthy and fit!!! I would definitely recommend this this was the best thing I've done for me and my health !!💪😘

Love this place! Colleen is fun and knows how to motivate us. At the same time she allows us to set our own limits and accomodates those with limitations. I will be continuing my classes even though my Groupon is over!
