Animalistic FitLife focuses on nutrition, animal-like, and beastbody style of training. Certified personal trainer Keon Black makes fitness a full-time commitment and lifestyle change for his clients. He is a great motivator and will give you guaranteed results!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I keep my clients motivated throughout the session with my positive energy that I pour into them. I am known as the animated trainer, I let them know that each day we train together, they are a day closer to their individual goals. There is no quit when it pertains to their health!!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration to start my own business came to fruition,when I realized that I got more happiness out of seeing and noticing the success of my clients.Their testimonies of their weight loss and no longer being on medication, struck a burning desire to want to continue doing this and save lives.

What do you love most about your job?
Saving lives and making a lifestyle change. I always tell my clients when its all said and done. "I dont want to be the best trainer, but the one you will always remember!"
