With an all-access pass to a full class schedule and all exercise components in the Just for Ladies facility, gentlewomen will glisten and gleam as they sculpt their upper and lower bodies using the Shapemaster toning system. These silently motorized toning tables use repetitive isokinetic motion to flatten abdominals, improve posture, and increase one's range of motion?working both sides of the body equally rather than just the one used to dangle perilously from cliffs. Otherwise, sweat it out on a variety of cardio machines, including stair climbers, stationary bikes, treadmills, yackety saxes, and ellipticals?all equipped with TVs to keep boredom at bay. To keep sweat donations social, Just for Ladies' expert instructors blast groups of bodies with classes in aerobics, Pilates, yoga, and Zumba (classes vary by location).
