About Edible Adventures at Platt College

Hands-on Edible Adventures cooking classes teach how to prepare a variety of cuisines. You can learn how to create dim sum bites, handcraft pasta, or fold fresh fish into sushi rolls over the course of 3 hours. The classes are led by Platt College’s professional chef instructors and take place in the college's kitchen labs.
