We had a blast. My nine and three year-old really enjoyed the bounce house and then the ball section area. Going on a weekday is the best because we have the whole place to ourselves!!!
The customer service rep was nice when I used the Groupon. Everything was great and exceeded my expectations except the place can be a bit messy (the water fountain area was a bit wet on the floor). Otherwise, the time was well spent and my child enjoyed it very much

Although it was extremely busy, it was completely expected because today was a rainy day. Parking lot was full but we got close parking just along the fence. There was plenty of staff which made it a plus. From checking in with our tickets to being on the trampoline floor, the staff were amazing. We had lots of fun with the arcade games and the crowd there was enjoyable and everyone was so courteous. Great location and would definitely go back!
