First time doing microneedling with prp. Nina was the PA who did my service. She was very pleasant, drew my blood and spun it for the procedure. That took about 15 min. Then she put cream on my face to numb it, (takes about 4 hrs to wear off)Then I was on a paper lined table and she did the microneedling with prp. Took maybe 20 min. It had a stinging sensation even with the numbing cream, but was bearable but the forehead was a bit extra since it's against bone. Not really sure of results yet, first day. But I expect I'll see some slight improvement with my skin. A series of 3 was recommended.

Unfortunately, not a great experience at this center. Nina’s demeanor was dry and not friendly. She asked a few questions then rushed to get the appointment over and done with. My top and bottom lips were inadvertently numbed during the numbing stage. The microneedling process was too short; she went over the skin twice. I’ve asked if she could do under eyes, she said she would but never did.

Easy scheduling with Lupe & double PRP service by Nina was great. Plenty of parking. Nice facility. Will definitely return.
