We went there and found out the restaurant had been closed and was another restaurant with a completely different type of food. They didn't even tell us on the phone when we made reservations! Food was good but not comparable to the old restaurant. Service was awful!

When I purchased a Goupon for 4 people, nothing in the add said that you only got 2 Appetizers and two deserts. This was the first thing the waitress said to us. When I purchased the Groupon it specifically said, It was a 3 course meal . I think you should rethink this NOLO place. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. So embracing.

The food was generally good,(though not exceptional) but the service was poor. It took about 90 minutes before our food began to arrive. We asked if there was bread, the waitress forgot, we asked again, and we never saw her again. I ordered a glass of wine, the waitress forgot, and I waited another 20 minutes before I could get her attention to ask again. There were very few people in the restaurant, so I was surprised that the coverage was so poor. I was also surprised at the wine by the glass menu, especially since they once took great pride in their wine offerings. All in all, I was disappointed.

The service was horrible. It's especially sad since they had amazing service in the past. The food and wine was tremendous. The waitress was so poorly trained-once we were able to get someone to give us a menu. There were four of us but they only had two menus. They said they were busier than normal. It took over ten minutes to get the menus. I had to go ask if anyone knew we were there. Then it took at least 15 minutes for someone to take our order. Then it took at least 20 minutes more to get our food. If I was the chef or sommelier I'd be outraged at the poor training of the wait staff. We won't be back. It's a shame as we've had many great experiences in the past. It has gone steadily downhill, I'm sorry to say.

Service was great. Food was great. I had the rib eye w / asparagus & mac & cheese. He had the filet w/fries & veggie. The fries were VERY spicy for my taste. The crab cakes were to die for--Excellent, all crab, no filling!! The only disappointing thing was dessert. It was not made fresh. It appeared to be a store bought pecan pie which not very good. I would go back again to see what's new on the menu.

New name ...it is now "Nolo". New menu and food was a bit of a disappointment. Maybe it will improve once it gets established but for now this "party of four" will not be returning.
