The owner did not give me the full(silver) car wash as stated. He even asked to pay extra to get a full car wash. So I only got an exterior wash. I complained to Groupon, but Groupon did not take any action to reimburse me the missed service(interior vaccum and cleaning).

They don’t do tire rotations or vacuum inside of car that’s an extra $20 just to vacuum car even tho in the description it clearly says tire rotations and vacuum is included in package deal

For syn oil, I paid additional $38. This is even a higher price than a lot dealers. And the cash washing is closed. While this won't impact their business though. They do have lot of work. I am sharing just to point out that a lot of venders at Groupon get trickier and trickier.

1.There is nothing called - 'Silver Car Wash'. They have stopped it.They even don't vacuum the car. One have to purchase the lowest price $36.99 and they use this as discount .So it ends up paying $20 for a carwash. 2.No use of this Groupon if someone is using synthetic or semi synthetic oil and not doing tire rotation. They give all services at same price without this Groupon Also.
